Shock Tech WM1202 Fluidic Mount

DESCRIPTION

Shock-Tech’s WM1202 Wire Mesh series of isolators provide solutions for mid-frequency vibration isolation problems. They are ideal for applications where the prominent disturbing frequency is >30Hz, service life expectancy or replacement schedule is long and/or temperature extremes or contact with certain chemicals do not allow for use of elastomer as the resilient element.  If you have such a condition, a Wire Mesh mount offers a solution to your vibration and environmental problems.

Applications:

Airborne equipment

Control panels

Measuring instruments

Machine tools

Industrial equipment

Technical Characteristics :

Fn range when loaded to specified weights: 15-25 Hertz.

Tmax = 4.0.

Maximum axial deflection: 0.20 inches.

Maximum radial deflection: 0.20 inches.

Mounts exhibit an axial-to-radial stiffness ratio of 3:1.

Good damping.

All metal construction; Mount inner core is stainless steel. Housing and base are aluminum.

Structural strength corresponds to a continuous loading of 10g's.

Operational temperature range of -100°F to +400°F (-75°C to 205°C).

Resist fuels, hydraulic oils, fluids, ozone, sand and dust, or other adverse environments.

Weight: 4.4 ounces.

Product Advantages:

Low Frequency capabilities.

Long service life.

No special tools required.

Installation interface geometry consistent with MS sizes.
