Shock Tech Cup62 Series

DESCRIPTION

The CUP62 series of isolators is an all attitude, high-frequency, mount in a rugged, well proven assembly.  All mounts in the series perform high levels of vibration isolation >50Hz at rated loads (stationary) of 250 to 900 pounds and 65 to 285 pounds for vehicular applications.  CUP series mounts in Silicone elastomer are excellent for use in random vibration environments when 3 sigma deflection considerations and high damping levels are required.  Standard MS size mount geometry throughout the series makes for easy mount and performance upgrade when payload changes in mission or load.

Applications:

Airborne Avionics and Electronics

Shipboard Equipment

Missile Electronics

Ground Vehicle and Mobile Electronics

Racking Systems

Transformers and Power Supplies

Motors, Pumps, Fans, Blowers

Technical Characteristics :

Load Range (Stationary) of 250 – 900 Pounds

Load Range (Vehicular) 65 – 285 Pounds

Natural Frequency of 25 – 40 Hz at Rated Load

Transmissibility at Resonance = 4.0 Max for Silicone (VHDS)

Isolates Most Sinusoidal Vibration Inputs >50Hz at Rated Load

Performs Exceptionally Well in Random Vibration Environments.  (Consult with Shock Tech Engineering)

Axial to Radial Stiffness Ratio ≈1:1

30G, 11 Millisecond, Half Sine Shock Input Crash Safety Payload Retention Capability
