Assembly Description:

STI Cable Mounts

· All metal bars and cable.
· Can incorporate either threaded or thru mounting holes in bars.

· Can incorporate threaded inserts vs. actual machined threads in bars.

· Mounting holes can be countersunk.

· Mounting holes can be asymmetrical in opposing bars.
Load Carrying Description:
· Designed to carry the primary load axially through the mount (bar to bar).
· Shear or radial loading of static load is possible with limitations.

· Compression-roll loading of static load is possible.

· Tension loading not recommended in most cases.

Dynamic Application: Fail Safe/Self Captivating:
· Excellent for vibration isolation. · Made truly fail safe when used with a custom restraining strap made for the

MOUNT DESCRIPTION DEFINITIONS
  Frequency: Low = 10 Hz and below
Mid = 10 Hz to 20 Hz
High = 20 Hz and above

  All Attitude: Yes = isolators are able to carry static load in any direction; No = isolators are designed to carry static load axially.

  * : Indicates base loading only.

  1:1 Stiffness: Refers to axial-to-radial stiffness ratio.

  Primary Application: This indicates the type of dynamic environment that the particular mount was primarily designed for.
