Shock Tech MM24 Bushing

DESCRIPTION

The Shock Tech MM24 bushing is a stand alone bushing that can be incorporated into bracket, plates or payload structure directly when installation space or structure will not allow other mounts with integrated mounting hardware to be used.  The through bushing (small) diameter side of the installed assembly can incorporate a SHOCK TECH RB20 snubber ring or another MM24 in opposite orientation (requires thicker structure or spacer for optimal all attitude performance.

Applications:
All electronic equipment where low-profile installation is a critical factor to isolator incorporation.
Airborne avionics and electronics.
Missile electronics.
Radar electronics.
Navigation and Guidance systems.
Disc drives.
Circuit boards and PCB racks.
Military, rail, heavy equipment ECU's and other ground vehicular electronics requiring high frequency vibration isolation.

Technical Characteristics :
Fn range when loaded to specified weights: 185-230 Hertz.
Static load range: 2-10 lbs. per mount.
Tmax = 3.5
Maximum axial deflection: 0.16 inches.
Material: Silicone
Max. Temperature Range: -67F to +300F.

Product Advantages:
Bushing style mount.
Countersunk bushing for lowest installed height.
Bonded pre-load bushing controls installed height.
Allows for choice of separate snubber ring or another MM24 in opposite orientation for optimal all attitude performance.
